The "Site" page is back up. On it, you can join the newsletter or look at the FAQ. Particularly of note, the FAQ now has a section on blog comments not showing up and why that might be.

Layout

Yes, the new layout has fewer working links. Please be patient while I reconstruct the other pages and get things organized. Now that I have this layout up, my husband will work on integrating the blog into the site.

And, as always, the blog has updates on my progress.

Detailed Editing Finished

Frostbite's detailing is done and I'm prepping to query agents. Also looking for a new title for the book, since the title Frostbite was used recently by the Vampire Academy series. Sad day. If VA wasn't in my exact age group and genre, I could probably get away with keeping my title too, but it is so I can't.

New Story

Revised an autobiographical story today and posted. It was originally written in 2001, shortly after the events in it took place. Look for it in the Bonus section.

Major Revisions Finished

Frostbite's major revisions complete -- minor revisions still needed, will be printing and going over the text with a fine-tooth comb before querying. But querying is much much closer now.

Will also be working on a new site layout.

Finished Deathlock

Finished Deathlock (working title), the book to follow Frostbite. Must finish editing Frostbite before querying.

Art, Free Excerpt

Yes, still editing. Outlining first, actually. Yay for slower!

I replaced an image in the Drawings area with a larger version with more characters on it.

I never mentioned that I did post that cut scene from Frostbite in the Bonus area. Go read!

Free Stories

Still on the final edit of my first book. Keep up with that in the "Blog" link.

You can now find an autobiographical short story and a World of Warcraft short story in Bonus, and I hope to post a scene I'm cutting from Frostbite soon.
